We ask the United Nations Security Council to adopt a resolution on the basis of the ideas put forward by Vladimir Putin:

1) If Syrian leadership agrees to place chemical weapons storage sites under international control, agrees to its subsequent destruction, and joins the international convention banning chemical weapons, then the United States and all who support the United States in this respect, refuse the use of force. It is difficult to force Syria or any other country in the world - to unilaterally disarm when military actions are prepared against them.

2) Adopt a resolution that does not allow carrying out any military action without United Nations Security Council authorisation.

The 20th century was full of blood, we cannot afford this blood carnage to be continued in the 21st century and should do everything possible to live without a world war!

Мы просим Совет Безопасности ООН принять резолюцию на основе идеи выдвинутой Владимиром Путиным:

1) Если Сирийское руководство поставит под контроль своё химическое оружие и согласится на его последующее уничтожение и присоединится к международной Конвенции о запрете химического оружия, то Американская сторона и все, кто поддерживает США в этом смысле, отказываются от применения силы. Потому что трудно заставить какую бы то ни было страну – Сирию либо другую страну, любое другое государство мира – в одностороннем порядке разоружаться, если готовится в отношении её какая-то силовая акция.

2) Принять резолюцию, которая не позволяет проведение каких-либо односторонних военных действий без санкции Совета Безопасности ООН.
