Animals In Danger - Help us get law enforcement to intervene

The Issue

Apparently we have a back yard breeder pretending to be a NO KILL ADOPTION CENTER, although they are actually using a pet store.

Animal Control has "responded to complaints at least 46 times" according to channel 13.

It also appears they have been around before and do a lot of moving around - and even the media describe these animals to be in unlivable and unsanitary living conditions.
