We the people for a safer world, feel animals should have rights before robots!   Yes, giving rights to robots is necessary when they can be aware with artificial intelligence but, if we don't give animals rights before robots get theirs, the robots will soon see that we humans do not care about life!   This is very dangerous as the robots could potentially desire to eliminate the selfish human species in favor of their more perfect union.  

Please think about this senario and take it seriously.   The future has so much hope and we're counting on our representatives in the House and Senate to make it happen.
