There are too many people in the state of michigan that are getting away with this matter this need to stop now!!! They are just doing it over again there is no jail time there is fines and costs but that is not damm good enough. i think these people need to serve time for this matter in a county jail or any time of prison. if not there are people that just keep on doing it and animal control wont do  a damm thing about. animal are friend not to be mean to them. the law needs to be change in the state of michigan big time this is wrong what these people are doing and it needs to stop thank you
