Because he is seen on a video abusdeing a dog. He also shot the dog with a
tranqilizer gun in the dogs artery in his neck.The dog never recieved any medical
attention and died from blood loss i believe.This man Phil Sedlacko was not fired.Any person that abuses a dog or animal should not be allowed to work with them. The video shows some of his abuse posted on the internet.I want him fired
