An animal abuse registry is needed in every state!I do not really believe that I need to explain the importance of the registry.This will prevent anyone who has ever been convicted of animal abuse from ever trying to adopt another one for whatever reason!This would help stop a lot of forms of abuse like dog fighting or dog fighters looking to get a bait dog!It will also protect from being kept in deplorable living conditions and make the general public and shelters aware of when these convicted animal abusers are trying to acquire another.This petition will be sent to the state house and to all local officials in the county!So help get this up and running by showing your support,Thank you!
