More effort to recover the body of ANDRES FRIAS - drain the canal

The Issue

On 8/2/12, Andres Frias went underwater in an irrigation canal off Dicker Rd. This petition is to request that the City of McAllen, the County of Hidalgo and the State of Texas residing continue the recovery efforts and search for the body of Andres Frias. We the Undersigned petition that the main water supply be shut down immediately for purpose of recovering the body. We petition that all efforts necessary to recover his body be pursued.

Susan OyoquePetition StarterI joined change.org in 2012 when my cousin drowned in an irrigation canal and the county refused to drain it to recover his body. Change.org helped us convince the county to drain the canal and recover my cousin's body.
