Good Eats was a terrific show on the food network that taught us both how to cook, and why we cook the way we do. Alton Brown was the genial host who showed us how to prepare a proper chili, bbq a slab of baby backs, or construct a delicate souffle. Mr. Brown said on twitter that he would bring it back if enough fans asked, so let's get it done!
