M any states allow independent voters to vote in party primaries. Since Colorado has such a large number of independent voters, they should be allowed to vote in both Democratic and Republican primaries. That way a much clearer voice of the people could be heard. Maybe it would have to be one or the other, Democratic or Republican, but access to primaries would give a greater number of Coloradoans a chance to be heard. Most independents I have talked to don't always like everything that either party does and that is why access to both primaries would be most useful.
