Why This Is Important

Taking a child (newborn) from a mother (father if applicable) on an anonymous report is hearsay should be a crime. Sign here if you'd like to see children returned home to their parents when there is no evidence of any abuse, neglect or drug abuse. By signing this petition you are refuting all alleged 'mental illness' claims CPS makes to destroy families and get federal money to place them in foster care. which to them has turned them into an adoption agency, state sponsered to kidnapped our babies. WE DEMAND CPS INVESTIGATIONS IN ALL COUNTIES!

TAKING A CHILD FROM A PARENT WITHOUT DUE PROCESS IS A CRIME AND IS TO BE UPHELD BY THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND: MEANING DEAR SUPREME COURT MAKE THEM UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION! LOWER COURTS: YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE SUPREME COURT WHICH GUARANTEES EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IF CHARGED WITH A CRIME, IF WE ARE NOT CHARGED WITH A CRIME GIVE US OUR BABIES BACK OR ANSWER TO THE SUPREME COURT!
