Homelessness should not be criteria for denial of voter registration, however, millions of Americans have been denied, "PHYSICAL ADDRESS NECESSARY" stamped in red on their application. Post Office boxes and business addresses should be considered a viable address for voter registration.

Homeless should have a right to register to vote and that right should be protected by Federal law to avoid further confusion.
