Yet in Chicago, food truck owners aren't allowed to cook on board their vehicles, a limitation that thwarts what could be a thriving local food truck scene.

Chicago residents deserve a vibrant and diverse food truck culture. This is an incredible economic and culinary opportunity that Chicago needs to embrace.
