Como se pretende ser una_ potencia mundial, si ellos no toman una postura firme contra el maltrato de los animales y la crueldad. Los perros no deben ser matados, porque es el la soluccion más fácil. Los animales no tienen voz, es por eso que los derechos de los animales son fundamentales en Chile.. Si los perros callejeros son un problema, más refugios se deben establezcar. Vamos a pedir al alcalde de la ciudad de Punta Arenas que deje de tomar el camino fácil y comenzar a preocuparse por la vida!
