This petition is based on an Open Letter with the same title, written by Friends of the Earth Africa and signed by many NGO's and other groups from Africa and other parts of the World, and which is being handed over to several Danish Embassies all over Africa since yesterday afternoon, but since it is a matter that concerns all civil society and not only its organizations, it is fundamental that we get your support, so that together we can tell Mr. Friis Bach and all who think like him that their neocolonialist views and plans for Africa and the planet are unacceptable, illegitimate and not welcome.
