Teens and young women are constantly bombarded with unrealistic and unhealthy media images. This is immensely damaging to their self-esteem and body image and needs to stop!   Aerie by American Eagle specifically targets teens and has the responsibility to generate advertisements that feature positive, healthy, and reasonable images, however your ads feature unrealistically thin, airbrushed models as the "norm". We demand that you remove this image from your ads and expect to see a change in your advertising tactics.  If you do not use models who have a minimum BMI of 18, we are prepared to boycott your products completely.
