People work very hard to pay for entertainment!!!
The promoters at the Carolina Rebellion concert cancelled their 5/5/13 concert that was due to end at 2200 that night. The "headliners" of the show never played. People traveled miles to see the headliners and not to mention headliners are mostly the reason fans purchase tickets in the first place.
The concert promoters left the patrons in the pouring rain for hours while dismantling equipment all the while knowing they had no intention of carrying through with Rain or Shine. Now, they are offering a free ticket for the following year or a 20% refund for each ticket. 
It is an insult to the hard working Americans and visitors. Do the right thing and refund the full amount.
