As a taxpayer, I am outraged that CEOs, many of whom work for companies receiving money from the financial bailout, are receiving massive salaries, bonuses and perks.  

I, along with Public Citizen, am calling upon the Treasury Department to devise an effective cap on executive pay and restructure executive compensation - and create a plan that does not contain loopholes and one that can be implemented swiftly.  

I ask you to resist pleas from lobbyists to ease these pay restrictions - they are a crucial part of fixing financial regulation so we don't have an economic crisis like the current one again.
