A Better Way Forward: Voluntary Collective Licensing of Music File Sharing

This is a petition form of the information outlined by the Electronic Frontier Foundations web page. The goal is to support the music industry working with the file sharing industry to resolve the issues of licensing and to spare the both the community of individuals who enjoy using music file sharing AND the artist who to varying degrees feel the effects of the changing music industry.
