私たちは大阪市がガレキ処理に委託した業者との間で交わされた広域処理についての契約について心配しています。契約書の内容は大阪府と大阪市が協力し岩手県からの震災ガレキを一日100トン、１年間かけて焼却するものであり上限を３万６千トンまでとし焼却する予定です。　政府からの補助金はあくまでも焼却した分に払われるものであり、３万６千トン未満で焼却終了してしまった差額について補助金は下りず契約者である大阪市と岩手県の税金が使われることになるでしょう。

If only a fraction of the 36,000 tons of tsunami debris from Iwate prefecture is processed in the city, Osaka and Iwate citizens' taxes may be used in lieu of subsidies from the national government to fulfill contract obligations
