Abhinav Mittal, a 34 year old Lead Software engineer with 10 years work experience, working with Noida's reputed IT company  is missing since 17th October 2013. He is my elder brother. We have given ample proofs to the police regarding the suspects involvement in his status and the dissappearance in mysterious circumstances. The police is not taking action on the proofs given against the Suspect.  An FIR is lodged against the suspects with all proofs and evidences for police to investigate and find out truth. 

Evidences:

1. Deleting the document brother was writing before he went missing. We are still not aware of what was the content written.This was hidden from my parents and myself. THIS IS AN OFFENCE OF DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE WHICH IS PUNISHABLE.

2. Police asked for phone messages retrieval of the prime suspect. The phone came blank on retrieval BUT POLICE NOT TAKING AN ACTION ON THIS. No questions to suspect on this??

3. The suspects are filing harrasment cases against us in Women Cell and Faridabad court, 6 months after brother went missing. Are these not malified ittentions to terrify us to take our case/FIR back. WOMEN CELL AFTER INVETIGATION FREED US OF ALL CHARGES MENTIONING THEIR MALINTENTIONS IN FILING CASE AS THEY WANTED TO HARRAS US.

4. Suspects hand written diaries that their was an extra marital affair form suspect end to which also the police questioning us.

These are just few points about the proofs for malified intentions to do some harm to Abhinav Mittal.

WE HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE AS WE ARE DYING EACH DAY TO KNOW THE TRUTH AND APPEAL TO PEOPLE TO HELP US GET JUSTICE.

IS POWER OF MONEY DUE TO WHICH POLICE NOT TAKING ACTION JUSTIFIED?

IS POLITICAL PRESSURE TO SAVE A SUSPECT A RIGHT WAY IN OUR COUNTRY??
