There's a development proposal for a 16-storey condo on a lot less than 100 ft wide, right up against old victorian style 2-storey row houses that share walls on both sides.

Being right on a major street, this project completely does not compliment the landscape of neighbouring properties, and is honestly an eyesore.

This development proposed is going to be heard at the OMB/LPAT later this month, where the city staff is already supporting the project. How would you feel walking by busy Bathurst St and Richmond St, approaching this block?

While generating more property tax revenue is great for the city, more condos in this area is the last thing we need, especially when the project is complete nonsense given the current structures on this block.

Please join me in objecting this development, stopping it from ruining our beautiful city!
