Whereas: Common Core is an assault on the 10th Amendment right of the states to control education and;

Whereas: Common Core is an assault on the 4th Amendment right of privacy by instituting a student tracking initiative using biometric devices without the parent's knowledge and;

Whereas: Common Core is the dumbing down of education with a one-size-fit's-all education policy and;

Whereas: Common Core is very expensive, untested and no research has been done on it's effectiveness and;

Whereas: Common Core is bad for parents, teachers, students and taxpayers;

Therefore: I urge you to repeal Common Core in Pennsylvania.
