For a few months now, the air in Rivers State has been persistently dense. Black soot could be seen everywhere and people inevitably inhaled these flaky particles. The soot is contaminating the water, staining clothes, leaving residues on our skin and affecting our respiratory systems. The risk factors for individuals with Asthma and emphysema has definitely increased.
