The International Criminal Court (ICC) ruled that stabbing Jews at random is perfectly legal "when undertaken to express political, social, economic, philosophical, religious, ethnic, or personal grievances."  (http://www.preoccupiedterritory.com/icc-finds-stabbing-random-jews-legal-under-international-law/)

In addition, the ICC also overturned the convictions of several infamous Nazi War Criminals.  Thus, this petition is being formed and sent, in the name of everything righteous and holy, for two reasons. 

First, we must pressure the ICC into reversing its ruling.  By doing so, the ICC will be sent a crystal clear message that the Jews have an unambiguous right to live peacefully and securely within the borders of the modern State of Israel.  By ruling that stabbing or otherwise harming civilians is "a legitimate and legal act," the ICC sends a severely negative message saying that because you do not like something about the country where you reside, it is okay to attack innocent civilians.  Furthermore, if such a message is permitted regarding Israel, then what is to prevent similar attacks on innocent civilians in other countries?  After all, if it is allowed in Israel, it can happen anywhere else in the world (including the United States).

Second, (and equally alarming), the International Criminal Court must also be petitioned to reverse the overturning of the convictions of the Nazi War Criminals.  To let the overturning of the conviction stand will have a lasting and positive impact on modern day hate groups (e.g. Neo-Nazis, the Ku Klux Klan, etc.)  More specifically, it communicates a message to such hate groups that they can organize and assemble for the purpose of committing bloodshed and mayhem (possibly on a large scale) because they disagree with certain backgrounds of particular groups of people with whom they (that is, the hate groups) disagree !
