Respected Sir / Madam, 

We are writing this petition requesting people all around the world to urge the Nigerian Government, relevant Nigerian authorities and Facebook to take appropriate action against a person named High Chief Enenie nwa ite situated in Ovoko ohagu, Nsukka, Nigeria and his another profile by the name Ugwu Christian .(Facebook profile links along with his contact number within- High Chief Enenie nwa ite and Ugwu Christian).

This is one of the most gruesome acts of live torture and violence to have ever been witnessed by most of the people around the world which one could have ever imagined. We are flabbergasted to see that he tortures and kills animals so openly and brazenly with such unimaginable and unprecedented methods of torture and killing and yet none of the local law authorities tried to restrain or arrest this person for his activities neither Facebook tried to block this person despite of multiple reports by numerous people. He earns by performing such witchcrafts for his followers and then the same earned money torture is used by him to womanize and to party as can be seen in his other videos and he earns by his notoriety. Surprisingly he sports more than 5000+ followers on Facebook alone. 

Below are some videos of him in a Google Photos link as YouTube would delete the videos again and again due to to the sheer amount of brutality he does on animal. 

In order to provide you a 'glimpse' and example of his acts, please refer the below (including but not limited to) -

1. Slowly grilling and tying a live female goat who had been kept thirsty and starving days before the day of sacrifice while slapping her on her face as she tries to escape the fire in pure agony and unimaginable pain screaming for help. Later he and his associates proceeding to open her womb and also grilling the baby goat on the same fire above his/her her mother's body. (Video enclosed) Google Photos - Click here

2. Tying a puppy's legs and then proceeding to encircle a string around his neck going through his mouth and then placing the puppy inside a earthen pot for suffering without food and water for days and then on the day of sacrifice pulling the strings so tightly while slowly slicing the neck by pulling the strings forward and backward thereby cutting the head of the dog from mouth (not neck) severing the face into two parts horizontally. 3. Keeping a puppy thirsty and starving for days before Tying a puppy on bamboo and setting him on fire on the day of sacrifice - (Video enclosed) Google Photos - Click here

4. Obtaining a mother goat or a cow or a monkey along with their babies and keeping them without water and food for days as a punishment before the sacrifice. While on the day of sacrifice he and his associates slowly slices the throat of the baby animal while making their mothers witness the slow and torturous death of the children while they scream from their every inch of the of body for help. The list continuous since this is just an example since the other videos of him in the name of rituals and witchcraft are even worse than the aforementioned to the point that we could not gain the courage to even look at them hence, even do not have the courage to jot them down here. 

If such is the state of voiceless animals in that area, we are afraid not just for the safety and security of the voiceless innocent animals but such an element may choose to do the same for innocent human babies too in the name of rituals, witchcraft and sacrifices. 

Letting him scot free and if no action has been taken against this man for having done such heinous crimes, it would not just be a shame on the Nigerian authorities and the government but also an utter shame on the whole human society and the human race altogether. Moreover, he is an open threat not just for the animals but also for the human society as whole should he then proceed to do the same to human babies behind the curtains. 

IT IS OUR MORAL DUTY TO NOT JUST SIGN THIS PETITION BUT ALSO SHARE THIS PETITION TO OTHERS. ONLY THAT SHALL HELP US TO STOP SUCH A BRUTALITY AND TORTURE ON ANIMALS. 

We strongly urge the people come forward to ask the Nigerian Government, Nigerian local law authorities to immediately arrest him and take necessary action against him to prosecute him with the highest penalty available. Moreover, we strongly urge people to ask Facebook to take down his profile so that he can no longer continue to earn on animal torture and by inflicting such unspeakable horror towards them.

If the Nigerian Government, the relevant Nigerian authorities fail to take action against this person for his crimes and not curb his actions henceforth, we will strongly urge the people to do the following -

• Individually boycott Nigerian tourism and also discourage other tourists all around the world planning to visit Nigeria for vacations. 
• Individually boycott NGOs and discourage others from donating or contributing by any means to fundraisers or any aid pertaining to Nigerian causes.
• Individually boycott Nigerian products and also discourage others from buying products of Nigerian origin.
• Individually boycott Nigerian services and also discourage others from availing services of Nigerian origin.
• Individually will urge our national banks and discourage them from providing any loan to Nigerian causes.
• Individually will discourage locals of our country to personally abstain from joining Nigerian work and labor forces in Nigeria.
• Individually will ensure that each and every social media platform is aware of the man's heinous crimes and how the Nigerian authorities let it happen either being hand in glove with the perpetrator or by being a mute spectator of the heinous crimes.
• Individually will continue to ask Nigerian embassy asking what actions have been taken against the perpetrator and if he and his accomplices have been arrested and punished too.

The individual boycott and discouragement movement will continue to flare after every regular intervals until the perpetrator and his accomplices have been arrested and punished with the maximum penalty.

Additionally we ask Facebook to take down his profile with immediate effect which Facebook has been refusing to do so despite of multiple reports to them by users. 

PLEASE NOTE - THIS PETITION IS NOT AGAINST NIGERIAN PEOPLE OR NIGERIA BUT IS AGAINST THE BRUTALITY AND TORTURE OF ANIMALS IN THE ENSUKKA/ENUGU PROVINCE OF NIGERIA BY A PERPETRATOR AND HIS ACCOMPLICES AND NO WAY REFLECTS NIGERIA OR THE PEOPLE OF NIGERIA AS A WHOLE.
