Fred Morgan was caught attempting to groom and/or meet up with an underage child. The information that was gathered and presented to the police included extensive chat history logs and live video of the scheduled meet up. Additionally the restaurant that Fred was a co-owner in felt the evidence and information was enough to severe relations with Fred BUT the City of Scottsdale Police said they did not have enough information and will not investigate this potential child predator walking among us.
