NaughtyDog is a fantastic studio that makes great games. They have worked on various projects and created many a beloved franchise throughout their existence as a game development studio. One of which was the Jak and Daxter franchise. 

Jak and Daxter games have not seen a proper release since Jak 3/X Combat Racing on the PS2 or Daxter on PSP. Some other appearances and games such as The Lost Frontier and Playstation Move Heroes have come out, however they were not executed to a degree most fans found favorable. 

Jak fans have been clamoring for another game in the series since Jak X Combat Racing wrapped up and we haven't seen one yet. NaughtyDog has revealed to us that they tried to revisit Jak and Daxter twice in that time, (Once with a PSP game that became The Lost Frontier, and another time before they decided on creating The Last of Us instead). We, the fans very much appreciate them being open and honest with us. We appreciate them not phoning it in and making a game that we wouldn't love, and they couldn't be proud of but by now its been over 10 years and counting, and we're still waiting, and hoping to see the triumphant return of some of our favorite characters in videogames, Jak and Daxter. 

This petition was not created to pressure or otherwise "bully" NaughtyDog into making the game for us, but was created to show that fan interest in the series still persists and hopefully can be used to help inspire and otherwise encourage the only people in the world that we trust in making the game for us, NaughtyDog. 

Hopefully with the support of some people still working in the company, and its founders Jason Rubin & Andy Gavin, we can get this game out of our heads and onto our television screens, controllers, and hearts.
