The Sultan of Brunei has enacted a strict new penal code which violates human rights. The new laws make anal sex and adultery offences punishable by stoning to death. Lesbian sex carries a sentence of 40 lashes and 10 years in jail. 

The Royal College of General Practitioners should immediately rescind the honorary title of 'Companion of the College' and condemn the Sultan of Brunei for his support of these horrific human rights violations.
