Allow employees to wear OSHA approved respirators.

The Issue

New Jersey healthcare workers have been put in harms way during the pandemic. Employees have been forced to wear masks that do not fit them and have been threatened with termination by their employers for wearing OSHA/FDA approved alternative PPE that they purchased themselves. 

It is time the NJ State Legislators stand up to protect the health and jobs of the NJ healthcare workers.
