I was arrested on a perjured Governor's Warrant in California and no jurisdiction of the court existed. They took my property in a forfeiture action and sent me to prison for 15 years for allegedly growing 28.83 grams of pot on the property. I filed lawsuits for 20 years in federal courts in Rosendahl v. Jeremiah Nixon, et al., The Governor committed perjury on the face of the Governor's Extradition Warrant and circumvented all Constitutional rights just to get my 20 acre property. Not only was I NOT CONVICTED OF ANY CRIME, there was NOT EVEN AN EXISTING CHARGE BEFORE THIS WARRANT EXISTED. Getting "convicted" without a charge or trial is a scam. Marijuana laws in Missouri are barbaric and allows a 15 year sentence for growing over three grams of pot. There was no Grand Jury indictment and no "complaining witness" and therefore no jurisdiction without the perjury of the Governor on an extradition warrant. This was for a first offense and my Father and Mother both died while I was in prison. I lost everything based on a lie by the Governor and the phony prosecution.
