Legalize surrogacy in Spain

Legalize surrogacy in Spain
El problema
A surrogacy agreement is when a woman (the surrogate) agrees on carrying a pregnancy for intended parents. The pregnancy results from the transfer of an embryo created by in vitro fertilization (IVF), in a manner so the resulting child is genetically unrelated to the surrogate.
Intended parents may seek a surrogacy arrangement when either pregnancy is medically impossible, pregnancy risks present an unacceptable danger to the mother's health or is a same sex couple preferred method of procreation.
In some countries like Mexico, Nepal or United States, the surrogacy is already legal, with laws defending the rights of the surrogate and the intended parents.
Spain is living a critical political moment in history, and it's the perfect time to ask the politicians for changes. Would you give us your support to make it happen?
