This nature trail is important left as is without further commercial development decreasing our city's diminishing green spaces. Many students use this trail as their preferred route to school. School fitness classes enjoy this trail yearly as a safe running terrain free of city traffic and toxic exhaust fumes. Cyclists, runners, walkers and nature trail enthusiasts are all going to be adversely affected if trail becomes just another city street.
