The time has come that we must take action to preserve the historic and iconic Corbett Arms Hotel, once the focal point of Tywyn from falling into such a state of disrepair that it will be no longer be able to be saved from the abyss! 
Action must be taken by the people of Tywyn to save this structure from ruin and pressure Gwynedd County Council to enforce a compulsory purchase order before this building can no longer be saved! The Corbet Arms Hotel a Grade 2 listed late-Georgian style 19th Century building with its ornate interior would be an asset to the community once restored and would provide much needed revenue bringing tourism to Tywyn! 
We must take action and preserve a much loved building from the impending dereliction and eventual destruction!
