Electronic Arts responds:

Electronic Arts

This petition is based on inaccurate information. EA is not working with Anita Sarkeesian on development of Mirror’s Edge.

Is it inaccurate? Decisions like these and people like Sarkeesian are destroying gaming! You should re-consider your approach or simply you will loose in the future tremendous amount of money. Simple as that.

Even though you will not acknowledge my input, just as you have done with the hundreds of participants before me, we want a more clear response. You have given us an answer, based toward the first game of the franchise, unless you are referring to the franchise in general.

We need to know if she has ANY part of this game. Any influence whatsoever. Your answer is too simple and vague to be valid. You have ruled out her involvement in the development of the first game. That is NOT what we are asking. We want her to have zero influence on this game. If her name is shown in the credits at the end of the game, we will all know where your mind set is, and that you consider yourselves before your audience. You have upset many people over the last few years. We don't want to be disappointed again.

Make a new response to this petition. Describe her EXACT ROLE in the involvement of this game. If there is none, so be it. Fans will buy it. But we want the full answer.

We need a far more clear response guaranteeing that AS has had nothing to do with the development of the game and no inspiration has been taken from her in the development process.

In any way? Even as a consultant or anything in anyway?

This vague answer by Electronic Arts is just as inaccurate as they believe this petition is. We will not support EA in any way, and keep signing this petition until they give us a clear answer.
