ScottishPower’s Broken Promises – 625,000 people still owed money!
The Issue
In the late 1990s and early 2000s Scottish Power sold a 100% Cash Back Warranty Scheme. After a few profitable years ScottishPower raked in over £75MILLION from the scheme – money they never paid back to customers.
Many of these people are now pensioners surviving on the basic state pension. Some are very ill. What's certain is that they could do with this money! THEIR money. Money that Scottish Power had no right to keep.
