We are deeply committed to revitalizing this property in a way that respects its past while securing its ecological future. We are not here to pave over history, but to gently bring it into the modern era. As our corporate philosophy states: "Our core philosophy is preservation over development. The true value of this land lies entirely in its pristine natural setting."
An Ultra-Low Impact Eco-Sanctuary When developers look at land in Carbon Canyon, the default is often high-density residential subdivisions or sprawling, 100-plus room traditional hotels. Our vision is the exact opposite. We are proposing an extreme low-density, exclusive eco-sanctuary designed to leave the lightest possible footprint.
12 Bespoke Cabins: Ranging from 500 to 1,200 square feet, this exceptionally small number of units limits the building footprint drastically.
50 Guest Hard-Cap: Between overnight guests and daytime visitors, there will be no more than 50 guests on site at any given time. Guaranteed. This ensures the canyon remains quiet and traffic impact remains virtually zero.

Architecture & Environmental Stewardship We are utilizing a "Japandi" architectural direction—a seamless blend of modern Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth. The cabins will feature natural hinoki wood, stone, and subdued earth tones to visually recede into the hillside, prioritizing harmony with nature rather than dominance over it.
To guarantee minimal grading, the cabins will be built on advanced raised foundations. Rather than excavating and flattening the hills, these foundations allow the architecture to gently step down and "hover" above the natural contours of the land. Earth is disturbed only to construct the code-required fire road, which doubles as our electric cart path.
Ecologically, we are implementing an exceptionally large setback from the hills to serve as a dedicated buffer for undisturbed animal transit along vital wildlife corridors. Furthermore, our project includes the active, privately-funded cleanup of the adjacent creek bed—removing decades of invasive species and debris—along with state-of-the-art fire prevention management, creating defensible spaces and clearing dead brush to make the entire canyon safer.
Community First: The Lower Operational Hub The property naturally lends itself to a two-tier layout, which we are utilizing to separate operations from the serene upper cabins. The lower flat area is designed entirely with the Brea community and operational efficiency in mind.
