RWANDA : DU JAMAIS VU! DISPARITION DE PLUS DE 46 000 PERSONNES. NOUS EXIGEONS DES COMPTES AU GOUVERNEMENT RWANDAIS.

Dans son communiqué du 16 mai 2014, Human Right Watch parle de disparition massive dans la région du Nord du pays et d’un nombre croissant de personnes qui ont été victimes de disparitions forcées ou qui ont été officiellement portées disparues au Rwanda depuis mars 2014.

 

Et voilà que le 2 juin 2014 le journal Igihe (http://igihe.com/amakuru/u-rwanda/article/ngororero-abaturage-ibihumbi-16 ), dans des termes voilés, faisait état de 16 000 personnes dans la région de Ngororero au Rwanda,  que les autorités rwandaises ne savaient pas dire où elles sont. En termes plus claire, il s’agit d’une disparition de 16 000 personnes.

 

Pas même un mois plus tard, le journal hirondelle (http://www.hirondellenews.com/fr/tpirrwanda/172-politiquesociete/34766-300714-rwandagenocide-genocide--30-000-condamnes-aux-travaux-dinteret-general-ont-disparu-dans-la-nature) nous apprend que « Environ 30.000 Rwandais condamnés à des Travaux d'intérêt général (TIG) pour leur rôle dans le génocide des Tutsis de 1994 ont disparu dans la nature. »

 

Plus de 46 000 personnes reportées disparues dans moins de deux mois, ça c’est du jamais vu? Le Rwanda continue de battre le record des horreurs.

 

Dans de telle situation, tout gouvernement et tout parlement qui se respecte doit mener une enquête nationale et expliquer au peuple rwandais et au monde entier qui sont ces gens, où sont-ils et le pourquoi de leur disparition.

 

Nous, membres du peuple rwandais et toute autre personne du monde entier épris de paix et de justice, qui signons cette pétition; nous mettons la responsabilité sur le Gouvernement du Rwanda et nous exigeons des explications.

RWANDA : THE NEVER SEEN! DISAPPEARANCE OF MORE THAN 46 000 PEOPLE. THE GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

 

 

In its press release on May 16, 2014, Human Right Watch talks about a growing number of people who have been victims of enforced disappearance or that were officially reported missing in Rwanda since March, 2014, especially in the Northern region of Rwanda.

 

In June 2, 2014 , the rwandan newspaper Igihe (http://igihe.com/amakuru/u-rwanda/article/ngororero-abaturage-ibihumbi-16 ), revealed that 16 000 persons in the region of Ngororero in Rwanda, disappeared; and yet Rwandese authorities could not explain their whereabout.

 

Not even a month later, the media for peace and human dignity , Foundattion Hirondelle reported the disappeance of “some 30.000 Rwandans sentenced to community service for their role in the 1994 genocide” (http://www.hirondellenews.com/fr/tpirrwanda/172-politiquesociete/34766-300714-rwandagenocide-genocide--30-000-condamnes-aux-travaux-dinteret-general-ont-disparu-dans-la-nature)

 

More than 46 000 people reported missing in less than two months, this has never happened? Rwanda continues to beat the record of horror.

 

In such situation, any responsible Government and any respectable Parliament must conduct a national investigation and explain to the people of Rwanda and to the people around the world who are these missing people, where are they and why such a massive disappearance.

 

We, members of the Rwandese community, and other people from around the world, who love peace and justice, signatory of this petition; holds the Government of Rwanda responsible. If it claims the contrary, it must give explanation.

Mugihe cy’amezi atarenga abiri, abantu barenga ibihumbi 46 (46 000), bavuzwe ko babuliwe irengero mu Rwanda. Ibi n’agahoma munwa! Ntahandi byigeze kuba! Igihugu cy’u Rwanda gikomeje kuba indashyikirwa mubikorwa by’amahano.

 

Iyo habaye ibintu nkibi, Leta yose ikorera rubanda muburyo nyabwo na Parlement yose yiyubaha, igomba gukora i Perereza ku rwego rw’igihugu; igasobanurira abanyarwanda, n’abanyamahanga aba bantu babuze abo alibo, aho bagiye cyangwa baba baherereye n’impanvu yabiteye.
