UPDATE: DC Voting Rights Is Moving Quickly DC Voting Rights Is Moving Quickly, The District of Columbia House Voting Rights Act of 2009 is moving quickly through Congress.   The Senate passed the bill, Despite this victory, the fight is not over yet.   In fact, it has only just begun!  The House of Representatives is slated to begin debate on the bill and a vote is expected to be scheduled as soon as possible   :)
