For of an international investigation into the killing of unarmed civilians by the army on December 30, 2013 in DRCongo.

Le problème

Every human being has the right to life and justice.

All Congolese are stayed in shock of the killing of the young Congoleses unarmed by the militia of Joseph KABILA, the 30th of December 2013, at the dawn of 2014.

The regime of Joseph Kabila called them "terrorists" because these young people claiming their constitutional rights violated. They denounced the holdup of the 2011 presidential elections opered by Joseph KABILA who was recognised having cheated, deceived and practiced violations of human rights by independent observers such as the European Union, the Carter Center and the United Nations.

These young people were killed like animals.  then they did not hold the weapons. These disproportionate retaliation is specific to a state terrorism, to deter anyone who is against this regime. The message of the spokesperson of this regime was clear in this sense.

The movement of those young men has been the subject of murderous repression at the three sites in Kinshasa Capital and Katanga province.

In the presence of the troubled and frightened civilians, soldiers trampled inert body of those young men killed, cut their genitals before cameras, in the absence of any respect for the international rights and human dignity.

The Congolese people believes that it was the Judges to define acts of these citizens, and not the government to justify the massacres of the civilian unarmed by a self-defense disproportionate.

Article 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights says:

Art(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.

(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Nobody cannot be judge and jury, even not the Government.

The Congolese people believes that these government soldiers had all the means to master these young men and deferring to justice.

Violence and intolerance must be condemned in 21st century. The dictatorship should no more be tolerated.

Thus, the Congolese people, through our organization, seek your support for the opening of an "independent international commission" of inquiry on the massacre of December 30, 2013 in DRC by the militia of the regime of Joseph Kabila, to bring light on these massacres and convict the guilty.
