The International Trade Union Confederation just released a report prepared for the WTO detailing the state of labor standards in the United States. It found a broken system of labor laws that in effect allowed companies to hire union busters, prevent workers from exercising their right to organize, fire and harass workers, and more.

Tell Congress it is time to enact serious change to our labor law system including:

-real penalties for illegally firing a worker for union activity.

-a way to ensure companies bargain in good faith when workers choose to be represented by a union.

-an unequivocal right to collective bargaining and strike, regardless of sector or industry.
