In an 8-1 opinion the U.S. Supreme Court has struck down a law making it illegal to create, sell or possess depictions of animal cruelty. In doing so, the Court threw out the conviction of a man convicted for violation of the law; he created and sold dog fighting videos.

After this decision was issued, H.R. 5092 was introduced in Congress. This bill  would make it a crime to sell or offer to sell animal crush videos for commercial gain in interstate or foreign commerce.  Help stop the use and abuse of animals for videos and other depictions of cruelty that are created and sold for the pleasure and profit of abusers.  Call on your U.S. representatives to pass H.R. 5092.
