We need to feel Balanced-Inside to be able to undertake the responsibility of living as a global citizen – to heal our planet. 

We need to recognize the Stability of Equilibrium which will emerge –  
- when all networks feel inherently stable,
- when all religious sub-groups feel inner contentment and balance,
- when all national, racial and cultural sub-groups feel the emerging global balance which is a reflection of their own emerging merging-balance and harmony,
- when the flows of Science, Religion/Spirituality and Administration find completion and stability and balance and equilibrium in each other.

We need to network the combined-potential-for-inner-and-outer-equilibrium inherent in all networks, and in all flows which weave together, every moment, so that we can create History. 

The Manipur Chakra (Wisdom Chakra) is the reservoir of Infinite Equilibrium and Stability in us. Whether we evolve in stability through Chakra Exercises OR OTHERWISE – It cannot be disputed that we need to increase in INNER-STABILITY and INNER-EQUILIBRIUM and therefore we need to increase – our READINESS TO RECONCILE-WITH-OPPOSITES, TO HEAL OUR PLANET – we need to nurture our WISDOM which will make us SENSITIVELY AND ACCOMODATIVELY RESPONSIBLE.
