President Obama must create a program that will allow small business owners to hire long-term unemployed Americans who are receiving unemployment compensation.  The small business owners will pay only the difference between the regular salary and the unemployment compensation amount.  Thus, if a job pays $600 a week normally and the unemployed is getting $450 from the government for unemployment compensation, the small business owner will only have to pay $150 a week to his newly-hired employee.  This arrangement is to last six months.  If millions of unemployed Americans are hired under this program, it could jump start the nation's economy and the employees hired under this program could become premanent employees.
