A stray dog was tied by the neck and leg to a steel fence at a city train station.  If that wasn't bad enough, a piece of wood was shoved down it's throat!  It was left to die sitting in it's own blood, feces, and urine.  It was later untied after some time but was unable to be caught for treatment.  All the while this dog was suffering, station workers did NOTHING!!!  I am asking everyone to sign this and forward it along.  Please get everyone you know to sign and post it everywhere.  The more exposure, the better.  We need to let the city's officials know that this cruelty will NOT be tolerated and that there is NO place for this in society!
