Beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2009, start sending postcards to President Obama asking him to do everything in his power to have DOMA repealed.  This law is a mjor hurdle blocking a lot of Federal legislation concerning Federal benefits for domestic partners and others whose relationships are recognized by their states.
