The mission of SlutWalk Nashville is to send a clear message, to empower, and to educate, and thereby change the mentality which perpetuates the shame and the silence surrounding sexual violence. We support ALL survivors of sexual assault and find fault in a society which teaches "don't get raped" instead of "don't rape."
