This is a pledge to take care of the ONE PERSON we can actually Do something about.

This week has been particularly hard for me due to family upsets and i have really spread myself too thin. I suddenly realized today that if I do not take better care of me, no one will get to even see me soon.

So take care of you, eat healthy, sleep and play with your pets, kids. Smell the flowers or just the fresh air, walk in the rain, kiss a grandparent, smile at  a perfect stranger and take a moment to be GRATEFUL.
