Grant Undocumented Students In-State Tuition in Colorado

The Issue

Colorado students are demanding that their state repeal its 2006 ban on undocumented students paying in-state tuition.

A number of more enlightened states have preserved the ability of undocumented students to pay in-state tuition. Undocumented youth should be able to pay an equal amount of money to fund their education and have access to scholarships regardless of citizenship status.
