Medical marijuana is an essential medicine for the terminally as well as people who suffer from chronic diseases. Recent research has indicated great potential for treating a variety of illnesses with cannabinoid medicines. We believe Hoosiers could also benefit economically through research in Indiana's life sciences companies. Relegalization of cannabis would be a great leap forward for Indiana and we ask Governor Daniels to support any bill that would relegalize cannabis for medical purposes.
