Free Victor & Roy Robbins

Free Victor & Roy Robbins
The Issue
I am starting this petition on behalf of my two eldest brothers and this is; Regarding Victor E. Robbins and Roy G. Robbins both brothers. They where convicted of a crime they did not commit, sentenced too harshly at an already elderly ages in 1997. Charges of marijuana and distribution and money laundering as king pins. I have proof of the contrary, and that though guilty of a lesser crime, neither where as guilty as convicted and do not, nor did not deserve the treatment that Southern District Court of Indiana has imposed on them, nor the Federal Government as whole including Justice System, and the FOB for placing them in harms way by putting them in with a much younger violent criminal inmate that has attacked them and hurt them both in the past. They are now 73 and 77 and are faced with dieing in prison after already serving over 14 years, and if they where convicted of what they where actually guilty of they both would have only gotten 18 to 36 months. Many people have committed far worse crimes and gotten much lesser sentences. The Federal Government is stone walling every effort I have made in the past 10 years or more to bring the truth to light. Additionally No one in the federal government will listen to our plea for clemency or mercy to help these two elderly gentlemen who pose no threat to society in any manner. It is a waste of tax payer dollars to keep these men and other like them captive and it would be in the best interest of justice if people would look at their situation and others like them and act accordingly by showing that are system and our country can best be judged by the both the quality and / or the quantity of it mercy! In whole this petition is in support changing of the governments sentencing guidelines and treatment of people charged with marijuana crimes and violations. Already many Western states have legalized marijuana in one form or another. How is it justifiable to serve a death sentence for such charges steaming from marijuana?
